The latest version of Easy Dental® includes the most-requested feature from our users: eDex, a new “electronic Rolodex” that lets you keep a shared contact list for your non-patient contacts.
Now, with Easy Dental 11.2, contacts don’t have to be patients to be in your database. Anyone you do business with can be in eDex, organized in categories you create. Put your sticky notes and stacks of business cards into a central address book, eDex, that everyone in your practice can share. Then your team can quickly find insurance companies, labs, pharmacies, cleaning services, temp agencies and more—without leaving Easy Dental.
The powerful search function in eDex lets you find all of your contacts—patients and business partners—by first or last name, mailing address, phone number or email address. Similar to Google, as soon as you start typing in the search field, eDex immediately displays all matching results with each new keystroke. You can usually find the record you need before you finish typing in the search box.

Easy Dental 11.2 is now available and ready for installation in your office. If your practice is on a current Customer Service Plan, you should’ve been notified about the availability of version 11.2 already. If you didn’t receive this notification, please call us at 1.800.824.6375 or email us.
Practices using Easy Dental 11.x will receive a download notice through their software, while those using Easy Dental version 2010 or earlier will receive a disk in the mail.
