Fundamentals Seminar Who should attend the Fundamentals Seminar?* Designed for users who need a good overview of the most important modules in Easy Dental. Participants will learn to be solid contributors in their offices with a good command of the essential features of the software. *See course outline for a more detailed description of course content. In–Depth Seminar Who should attend the In-Depth Seminar?* Designed for users with some experience or previous training in Easy Dental who need to learn higher–level practice management skills. Participants will learn how and why to use advanced features of the software and will come away with tips, effective routines and strategies to improve the bottom line for their practices. *See course outline for a more detailed description of course content.

Important Policy Information Cancellation Policy All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellation notices may be emailed to cancel@henryschein.com or faxed to 801-847-3650. We will send you an email confirmation to let you know that we have received your cancellation. If you do not receive a response from us within 24 hours (or 1 business day) please call us at 1-800-824-6375 to verify that we have received your cancellation notice. There is no cancellation fee if your written notice is received 16 or more calendar days before the start of the seminar. If you cancel 15 or fewer days before the seminar, there is a non–refundable cancellation fee of $249 for each cancelled registrant. You will recieve a certificate equal to the value of the cancellation fee which may be applied to tuition for another seminar. (Certificates expire after one year.) No–show participants will be charged the cancellation fee but no certificate will be issued. Note: you may substitute another person in your place at no charge. Travel Policy If your participation requires travel, please consult us before making any travel arrangements; on occasion, we may cancel a seminar due to low registration numbers. This decision is made based on the number of registrants 15 days prior to the date of the seminar. In the event that your seminar is canceled, we will notify you by phone or fax and you will not be billed for the seminar. To be safe, consider booking travel that is refundable or transferable. Henry Schein Practice Solutions does not reimburse for purchased travel tickets and other incurred expenses in the event of a seminar cancellation.   *Henry Schein is designated as an Approved PACE Program Provider by the Academy of General Dentistry. The formal continuing dental education programs of this program provider are accepted by the AGD for Fellowship, Mastership, and membership maintenance credit. Approval does not imply acceptance by a state or provincial board of dentistry. The current term of approval extends from 01/01/2007 to 12/31/2010.
