Enter your customer ID and the Serial Number* of your version of Easy Dental, be sure to include hyphen and that all letters are upper case.

*If you're unsure what your Serial Number is you can easily obtain it by opening any Easy Dental Module (ie, Reports), clicking on Help and then on About. This will display your serial number.
