Easy Dental 2007 Office 2007 Letter Merge Component Update
This Component Update adds Word 2007 Letter Merge capability to Easy Dental 2007.
Copy Ezd2007LMCU.exe to each computer and double click the file.
Or
Copy the file into the Ezdental Setup folder on the server (ie. C:\Program Files\Ezdental\Setup).
Then from each workstation browse to the servers Setup folder and double click Ezd2007LMCU.exe

Beginning January 2007, HIPAA requires dentists to use CDT-2007 (CDT-7) codes to represent specific dental procedures. Specifically, HIPAA requires that all electronic claim submissions be CDT-7 compliant as of January 1, 2007.
Easy Dental has provided a free utility for customers on a current customer service plan that will automatically update your software with the CDT-7 codes and new ADA form.
The component update must be installed on each workstation.
- Copy CDT-2007Update.exe to each computer and double click the file.
Or
- Copy the file into the Ezdental Setup folder on the server (ie. C:\Program Files\Ezdental\Setup).
Then from each workstation browse to the servers Setup folder and double click CDT-2007Update.exe
Easy Dental customers not on an active customer service plan can order the CDT-7 update utility on CD by calling Easy Dental Sales at 1-800-824-6375 or contact the ADA and purchase the CDT-2007 code book and CD and manually enter the changes to the CDT codes.

Easy Dental 2005 New York Prescription Update
This file contains an update to Easy Dental 2005 for the New Prescription Form for New York. If you do not print prescriptions for New York you will not need to load this update on your system. The component update must be installed on each workstation.
- Copy Ezd2005RXUpdate.exe to each computer and double click the file.
Or
- Copy the file into the Ezdental Setup folder on the server (ie. C:\Program Files\Ezdental\Setup).
