Direct Forms for Easy Dental

Easy Dental has integrated its' Direct Forms with the new Henry Schein Practice Solutions eStore. The new online store allows us to offer you a wider selection of products, in the future.

Along with the eStore you will also have access to your Henry Schein Practice Solutions online account which will allow you to view statements and account history, update account information, track payment history, and pay your bills online.

You will need to complete the following steps to access your Henry Schein Practice Solutions account and make purchases from the new eStore:


How to activate your Henry Schein Practice Solutions account
and access the online store

  1. After you click on the 'Activate your Henry Schein Practice Solutions account' link below, you will see a page with a form that allows you to log in or activate your account - click on 'Activate.'



    The first step to register for ePay

  2. On the follwing form, please fill in all of the fields, all are required. You can find your 1. Customer Number and 2. Registered Phone Number on your statement. As shown below:

  3. When you log in to your Henry Schein Practice Solutions account you will have the option to pay your statements online or to visit the online store.
