Have you ever had a great feature idea for Easy Dental—something that would make your life easier—but you had no idea how to get it to the right person who could make it a reality? If so, we created the Easy Dental online feedback site specifically for people like you.
We have made it easy for anyone to give us feature suggestions online. Simply click on the Help icon in Easy Dental, then click Enhancement Request to go directly to the Easy Dental feedback page.
The first things you will see when you get to the feedback site are the most recent suggestions made by other users. Take some time to look around and see if anyone else has already made a similar suggestion. Why? Because then you can add your voice to other users by voting for that suggestion. The more votes a suggestion gets, the more likely it is to be included in the next round of development.
Before you start voting, you should know that you have a limited number of votes. We know that all ideas are important to somebody. However, we need to know which ones are the most important to the most people. Since you have a limited number of votes, you should make sure you place them on the feature requests that mean the most to you. In this way, you can help us know how to prioritize resources for upcoming development.
Don’t worry if the request you are voting for isn’t exactly how you would have described your request. Each enhancement request has a comments section where you can augment the original request with your own ideas to help the Easy Dental development team better understand what you want.
As of this writing, we have 189 enhancement requests. There are several filters to help you sort them to find the one(s) you want to vote for. Or you could simply start typing in your request and you will be presented with several requests that most closely match your description. If you don’t see anything that sounds like your request, click “Post a new idea…” to enter your new feature idea.
You can also see which features we have completed and which ones we have scheduled to work on. Once we complete a feature that you have voted on, you get that vote back to place on another enhancement request.
