Following the thirty (30) day period of free maintenance, we provide an optional Customer Service Plan which entitles you to all software enhancements to the Easy Dental system and toll-free software support at an affordable annual or monthly fee.

Customer Service Plan
Most Easy Dental practices select this plan. For just $79* per month (oac) your practice can receive unlimited toll-free access to our support technicians and more. With a Customer Service Plan you can rest easy knowing that your practice management investment is fully protected. You'll receive valuable software upgrades as they become available, along with unlimited toll-free and email access to support technicians, plus-every upgrade, email support, newsletter subscription, access to the exclusive Easy Dental Knowledgebase and more!

As-Needed Support
Customers who choose not to subscribe to a Customer Service Plan will be charged $79.95* per incident for technical support by phone and/or email and may purchase separate software upgrades at full retail price of $795*. Call 800-593-2814 for As-Needed Support assistance.
